PRIVACY
Last updated: October 2026
Vargas Motors (Ruben Vargas and Jose) runs this website. This page says what it collects and why, in plain words.
No forms, nothing to sign up for
This site has no form and no account. When you tap Text, WhatsApp or Call, your phone's own app opens with a message typed for you; nothing is sent until you press Send there, and this site never sees what you send. Your language (English or Spanish) is remembered on your device.
Visit counts and recordings
We use PostHog to count visits and see which cars and buttons people use, so we can improve the site. It notes the pages you open, what you tap and how far you scroll, the website or link that brought you here, your device and rough location (city), and it may record how a visit went (scrolls and taps). Anything you type into a field is hidden in those recordings. It keeps a random identifier on your device so a return visit counts once. Your IP address isn't kept. If your browser sends "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control", none of this runs. Or tap Don't count my visits below; your device remembers it.
Visits from this device are counted as this page describes.
When a page breaks
If something on a page fails to load or work, your browser may send a short note about it (the page, what failed, the kind of device and browser) to this site's builder (toisko.com), so it can be fixed. The note never holds your name, your number or anything you typed.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information, share it for advertising, use advertising cookies, or track you across other websites, and no one else collects information about you through this site across other websites.
Who helps us
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Visit counts are done by PostHog (posthog.com/privacy). Notes about broken pages go to toisko.com. The Carfax, Instagram and WhatsApp buttons open their own sites and apps, where their own privacy terms apply.
Your choices
We don't keep anything with your name on it from this website: visit counts go with a random identifier on your device, not with you. For any question about this page, text or call Ruben at (201) 779-5665 or Jose at (551) 375-2334.
Changes
If this page changes, we update it here and change the date at the top.
